Anxiety can be a reality check. An indicator light - something is amiss.

Not ALL the time, of course. Anxiety is built into the human experience and may never be wholly unavoidable. But just like a Check Engine light on the dashboard of a car, when you see it you should probably check under the hood.

We live in a world that tells us how to be.

We live among people with firm opinions about how we should have been.

It’s only natural that many of our perspectives are influenced - consciously or unconsciously - by outside forces.

What does it take to realign with your own intentions and priorities?

Absolutely we do. Absolutely we do.

But I believe it is vital to recognize when there is a mismatch. Between the thing we choose to do in order to benefit or prioritize someone else’s happiness, and the thing we choose to do as an expression of who we are.

Both are necessary.
